What are the requirements for using the SiteSafe360 app?

A smart phone or tablet with a data connection is required to start reporting hazards or incidents. The app is supported by both iOS and Android platforms.

A tablet, desktop or laptop (Mac or PC) with internet capability is required to access the web administration portal. Both the app and the web portal are available on any device but for mobility and ease of use, the above devices are recommended for each operation.

How do I add the SiteSafe360 app to my smart phone?

A smart phone or tablet with a data connection is required to start reporting hazards or incidents. The app is supported by both iOS and Android platforms.

You can download the app direct from the App store or Google Play. Downloading the app will allow you to start reporting hazards or incidents but as the app is linked to the web-based administration and reporting portal, your reports will be unmonitored and unable to be actioned.

How do I register to use the app?

You can register as an individual (Reporter) and register your organisation through our web portal here.

Your organisation Administrator, usually the person who registers the organisation or company in the first instance, or Supervisor can also add your profile to a site.

I don't have a log in

You can request a login from your organisation administrator who will register you and send you instructions and login details. Or you can register as an individual but you will need to be aligned to an organisation. Every worker / reporter needs a home.

Can I use SiteSafe360 if my organisation or site isn’t registered?

No – Without a registered organisation there is nowhere for your report to go. Encourage you organisation to join and make your workplace safer

Your organisations appointed Supervisor can also add your profile to a site.

How do I upgrade from Reporter to Supervisor?

Your organisation Administrator can upgrade you to a higher permission level assuming you have the appropriate authority.

Can I terminate my subscription?

Yes, you can terminate your subscription at any time, however you will not be refunded the remainder of your subscription month. We will require 48 hours’ notice of termination prior to your next billing cycle in order to allow us enough time to process your request.

What happens to my organisation data if I terminate my subscription?

SafetyTech360 Pty Ltd will archive your SiteSafe360 data for a period of up to 5 years. If you re-subscribe your data will be made available to you.

What happens if I unsubscribe but want to retrieve my organisation data?

As data is cloud based it requires an active subscription to access that data.

How secure is my data?

We use Azure storage on the Microsoft network for best most secure storage of your data. All data written to Azure Storage is automatically encrypted. All your organisation details and data, sites and staff is only available to your organisation, no one else has access. Additional information on Azures Cloud Security is available here

Do I have to buy the app?

No, the app itself is free to down load and use at no cost for all reporters (users). Monthly subscription charges apply as hierarchy permissions are granted by the Administrator within the web portal.

Why is the app free?

Because you cannot put a price on personal safety. Everyone needs to be empowered to act on work safety and it’s for this reason we offer the app for free. It is only the supervisor and manager permissions within the web portal that attract a fee.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept MasterCard and Visa. Payments are automatically deducted monthly. Enterprise customers can be invoiced directly.

Is the payment interface secure?

We have partnered with eWAY, a global payment gateway provider. There’s more information on their security here

Is there a free trial offer?

Yes – we encourage you to sign up for a free 30 day trial account as we’re confident you will find SiteSafe360 an extremely valuable safety tool. You can sign up for a free 30 day trial account here. When you decide to upgrade to a paid account, your trial account will become your paid account and you will keep all of your existing data so you can seamlessly continue using SiteSafe360. Activation of your account is immediate.

If I invite a contractor to work on my site does he pay any of the subscription?

Yes but any new contractor needs to be invited to register within the system by an Administrator in the first instance.

Can I allocate different permissions within the app?

Not within the app itself, but you can within the web portal if you are an Administrator, yes. Administrators control all the who, what, where, when, why and how.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. As SiteSafe360 is a subscription based service with no long term contracts, you simply pay a monthly subscription fee. You can cancel your subscription at any time and that will be the last month you pay for.
